UR Well provides free health care services to uninsured and under-served adults, including:

• Screening services for disorders such as hypertension and diabetes.
• Ongoing care for chronic conditions.
• Physical exams.
• Referrals.
• Health education and preventative medicine.
• Social evaluations to determine patient eligibility for programs like Medicaid.
